Q: Why can't I place an order
A: We have tempororily stopped our online ordering. We look forward to serving you again soon.
Q: Is there a guarantee?
A: Absolutely. It's simple. If for any reason you aren't happy with your order, we'll refund your order. It's that simple. We don't have a ton of cash to pour into advertising, so we depend on our customers to spread the word and if you aren't happy chances are you're not going to tell your friends about us.
Q: Why should I sign up for the e-mail?
A: We like to think it's entertaining, for one. We only send it once a quarter at the most and it's not just an e-mail promoting our products. We include interesting dog news, funny stories, recipes you can make and more. We'll never give your e-mail address to anybody else, we understand it's an honor to be invited to your in-box each week.
Q: How do I include a message with my order?
A: There's a message box on the order form where you can add a message or personalize the dog's name for hand-painted jars. And we always read our e-mail right away if you have any elaborate requests.
Q: I'd like to slightly change my order, can you add or subtract products?
A: Sure, within reason. If you want to switch a soccer ball for a chew rope, we'd be happy to. Or if you'd like a different colored Frisbee, we can do it. Send us an e-mail with your requests and we'll do our best to oblige.
